Congratulations to our 12th grade student, Abdullah Alharbi, for reaching the finalist level of the National Merit Scholarship Program (NMSP).
Every year, 1.6 million high school students apply to NMSP based on the PSAT/NMSQT test results. 50,000 students are selected based on the highest score. Those 50,000 students receive letters of commendation in recognition of their outstanding academic promise. Last year, one of our students reached that level, i.e. commended students, in addition to Abdullah for this year.
16,000 students of the 50,000 students are usually selected to the semifinalist.
15,000 students are usually selected for the finalists to compete on the National Merit Scholarship.
Alhamdulillah and Masha Allah, Abdullah was selected for the finalist, i.e. top 1% of the students.

We congratulate him, his parents, his teachers, and the community for this prestigious achievement.
