As you are aware that the covid cases (with the fast spread of omicron) are skyrocketing during the break, especially in Michigan. I would like to remind you of this important protocol and of working together to keep our children and school environment safe for everyone, especially that many of us have travelled during the break:
- If your child is sick, please, keep him/her at home and contact the school office. Please, do not think it is just cold and send him/her to school.
- If one of your household members is sick, please keep your child at home and contact the school office.
- If you and your family have travelled during the break, we recommend that you and your family take a covid test 3-5 days after you came back to town.
- If your child is not vaccinated and he/she is eligible for vaccination, please get him/her vaccinated asap.
- Remind your child of the importance of wearing a mask properly at school.
- If your child is absent for any other reason, please contact the school office asap and let us know.
