-No Snacks or Gifts: This is a reminder that the parents should not send snacks or food to the whole class due to covid situation. Insha Allah, you will be rewarded for your intention, but safety comes first. Also, there will be no gifts passing among students or to staff, especially during this time. Insha Allah, later in the year, there will be a teachers’ appreciation week when the parents and the students can show their appreciation to the staff. We appreciate your cooperation in this important matter.
-Extended Leave: If your child is taking time off school before or after winter break (or any break), please, fill out the student extended leave form (the form was sent earlier). If your child gets sick after coming back from travelling, please keep him/her at home and test him/her. It is recommended for travelers to take a covid test 3-5 days after coming back to town.
-Winter Break: Insha Allah, the winter break will be from Thursday December 23 to Sunday January 2.

-MS/HS Mid-Term Exams: The middle school mid-term exams will be from Tuesday January 18-Friday January 21, and the high school mid-term exams will be from Wednesday January 19-Friday January 21.
-End of 2nd Quarter: Friday January 21 is the end of the 2nd quarter, and the students will have a half day school, i.e. the students' dismissal is at 12:00 pm.
